Do I need an account for the free scan?
No. You can run the basic free website
assessment without creating an account.
An account is used for premium scans,
payment history and dashboard access.
Will the scanner change anything on my website?
The normal assessment is designed around
passive and controlled public checks. It
does not log in, edit files, modify the
database or perform destructive actions.
Why does the premium payment appear after the free scan?
The free result creates the website scan
record and allows you to review the basic
findings first. The result page then
provides the secure Stripe button for the
related premium assessment.
What happens when a premium scan fails?
A failed premium attempt does not consume
the successful premium entitlement. The
same paid record can be retried until the
assessment completes successfully.
Is the security score a guarantee that my website is secure?
No. The score summarizes the external
checks completed by the scanner. It is not
a substitute for secure development,
patching, monitoring or qualified manual
security testing.
